Fun with Fungi: FREE event
October 1, 2026
Curious to learn about the mysterious world of fungi?
This free event, hosted by Cllr. Rachel Dineley, is all about fungi in our local woodlands. The session will start with a story that explains the importance of fungi, then we’ll head into the woods to see what we can find!
This event is aimed at children aged 4-8, however, older and younger siblings are welcome. Please note that there is no wheelchair or pushchair accessibility once we enter the woodland.
*** All children MUST be accompanied by an adult ***
Location: Hervines Park Pavilion, HP6 5HU
