Public Sculptures

In 2024, the first iteration of the Children’s Art Trail was launched, featuring a number of sculptures and painted communications boxes.

The majority of the sculptures have been created by local artists, from materials ranging from willow and wood to metal and steel, most of which have been repurposed or recycled.

The Children’s Art Trail map can be downloaded here. Hard copies are available at the red telephone box outside the Royal Mail Sorting Office, Hill Avenue.
