Safer Roads Petitions for Coleshill Village

January 25, 2021

A message from Coleshill Parish Council:

Coleshill Parish Council have applied to Buckinghamshire Council to get a weight limit set for the whole of the village due to the future increase in traffic from HS2, with a request to be made safer in two ways: by reducing the speed limit on Magpie Lane to 30mph (from 40mph) and to introduce a 7.5 tonne weight restriction on heavy goods vehicles entering the village (except for access), to stop drivers using the village as a cut-through when the A355 or A404 roads are congested. We are asking everyone to support both changes to make our village safer.

To show your support, please fill in the Coleshill Safer Roads petitions on the Coleshill village website, or clicking the two petition links below.
